Drag and drop your intraoral scan file (.stl, .ply, .3ds, .dxd) onto our secure upload page. The system auto-detects tooth numbers from your filename.

We accept scans from all major intraoral scanners β€” 3Shape, Carestream, iTero, Medit, and more. No scanner? No problem. Mail your PVS impressions instead.

We Make It

Our digital dental technicians receive your scan and begin crafting your restoration immediately.

Your crown or night guard is designed using CAD software, then precision-milled or 3D-printed. Each unit goes through a quality inspection before moving to finishing.

Shipped to You

Your finished restoration ships via tracked courier and arrives at your practice.

Standard shipping is 3–5 days. Expedited is 1–2 days. Tracking number emailed as soon as it ships. You'll know exactly when to expect your case.

Frequently Asked Questions

What scan file formats do you accept?

We accept .stl, .ply, .3ds, and .dxd files. All major intraoral scanner brands export to at least one of these formats.

What if I don't have an intraoral scanner?

You can mail your PVS impressions to us using our Pickup Request form. We'll generate a prepaid shipping label and a driver will pick up at your office.

When does my turnaround time start?

For digital orders, your turnaround starts the same business day we receive your scan β€” provided we receive it before 2pm PST. For mail-in cases, it starts when we physically receive the case at our lab.

Can I order multiple units in one order?

Yes. Upload multiple scan files in a single order. Bulk orders (10+) receive a 10% discount automatically at checkout.

What if the crown doesn't fit?

Contact us immediately. We will remake the affected unit at no charge. We ask that you return the non-fitting crown so we can investigate the issue.
