1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DentalCrownLab website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

DentalCrownLab provides dental laboratory services including but not limited to crowns, night guards, and related dental prosthetics. We serve licensed dental professionals in the United States.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are final once payment is processed. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and begin on the business day we receive a complete and acceptable order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

5. Quality & Remakes

If a restoration does not fit due to our manufacturing error, we will remake the unit at no charge. We reserve the right to inspect returned units before issuing a remake or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Design files and case data submitted to us remain the property of the submitting dental practice. We do not share case data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

DentalCrownLab's liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
