We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, practice address, and dental case files (scan files, shade selections, tooth numbers). Payment information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to: process and fulfill lab orders, communicate about case status, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Case files and order data are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). Scan files are retained for 90 days after order completion, then securely deleted. Access to patient data is restricted to authorized lab personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe (payments), AWS (storage), Cloudflare (CDN/security), and Resend (email). Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only for essential site functionality (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

US-based dental practices have the right to request deletion of their case data at any time by contacting us. We will comply within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
