Is the starter kit really free?
Yes. The kit itself is free — impression materials, shipping label, Rx pad, shade guide, and info. You only pay for cases you actually send (first 2-3 at cost).
What does "at cost" mean?
We charge you our manufacturing cost — no profit margin. For example, a full zirconia crown that normally costs $129 would be $65. This lets you evaluate our quality without a big commitment.
Do I have to switch from my current lab?
No. Many dentists use us as a backup lab for rush cases or when their primary lab is running late. Try a sample case and decide for yourself.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround: crowns 3-5 business days, night guards 2-3 business days. Rush cases available in 24 hours for an additional fee.
